1. Overview

Welcome to My Faithful Home. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to My Faithful Home.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases of our printed journals, digital PDFs, and related products. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Please also review our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Your information and account

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement and authorized to use your selected payment method.

You agree to provide accurate and current contact, payment, and shipping information. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Please notify us promptly if you discover an error in your order information.

3. Our products

My Faithful Home offers printed journals, digital PDFs, and offers that include both formats.

Product descriptions identify what is included in each purchase. A PDF-only purchase does not include a physical book. A printed journal and PDF purchased together are delivered separately.

Printed journals are produced on demand through Lulu. Screen settings and printing processes can cause minor differences between displayed colors and the printed product. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

We may update or discontinue products for future purchases. Changes to a listing do not retroactively change what we agreed to supply in an accepted order.

4. Orders, prices, and payments

Please check your selected format, quantity, shipping address, and total before placing an order.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes are shown at checkout. The currency used for your purchase is displayed at checkout.

You authorize the charge shown when you submit your order.

We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, or a material listing or pricing error. If this happens, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items. We will not charge an increased price for an existing order without your agreement.

5. Printed sets and quantity discounts

Our friend and small-group offers contain multiple printed copies of the same journal, as described in the offer. A separate leader guide is not included unless expressly stated.

Quantity discounts apply when the stated eligibility requirements are met. Your final discount and total appear in your cart or at checkout. Discount combinations depend on the conditions of each offer.

All printed copies in a single order ship to the shipping address entered at checkout.

Purchasing multiple printed copies does not automatically grant permission to share or distribute the accompanying PDF.

6. Shipping and digital delivery

Printed journals require production time before shipping. Any delivery dates shown are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

If we cannot ship within the promised shipment period, we will notify you and provide the delay, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law.

Please contact us if an order appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located. We will investigate with our fulfillment provider and help resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Digital products are supplied electronically using the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your download or cannot open the file, contact us for assistance.

Free samples requested through our signup form are delivered separately from paid product downloads.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains cancellations, damaged or incorrect products, digital-access problems, and refunds.

Because printed journals are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns except where required by law. Digital downloads are not refundable for a change of mind once supplied, except where required by law.

Please contact us as soon as possible to request an order cancellation or address correction. We will check whether production can still be stopped or the order changed.

These restrictions do not remove your rights regarding defective, incorrect, or undelivered products.

8. Copyright and personal-use permission

Our original journal content, designs, website materials, and branding belong to My Faithful Home or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a PDF or requesting a free sample gives you permission to download, save, and print it for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Unless we provide written permission, you may not resell, publicly upload, distribute, or share the digital file or reproduce copies for other people. Buying a digital file does not transfer ownership of its copyright.

Friends and small groups may study together using their own purchased copies. Please contact us if you would like permission for group digital use.

These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.

9. Reviews and customer messages

If you submit a review for public display, you give us permission to display that review with the name or display name you supplied and to format it without changing its meaning.

Please submit only content you have the right to share. Reviews must not contain unlawful material, misleading statements, or another person’s private information.

Private support messages are not automatically treated as public testimonials. We will request permission before using a private message as a testimonial.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use our website to commit fraud, infringe intellectual-property rights, send malicious code, harass others, obtain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation or security of the store.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect customers and our services. Restricting access does not remove our obligations regarding purchases already made.

11. Third-party services

We use third-party providers, including Shopify, Lulu, and Beehiiv, to support our store, printing, shipping, and email services.

External websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Please review those policies when using them.

12. Relationship with Shopify

My Faithful Home is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with My Faithful Home. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and My Faithful Home, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with My Faithful Home.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Shopify also processes information as described in its Consumer Privacy Policy.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Necessary order and support communications may still be sent.

14. Website availability and consumer protections

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions and errors may occur. We may correct website errors and update information as needed.

Nothing in these terms removes any applicable statutory warranty or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our obligations under our Refund Policy remain in effect.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products, services, or business practices change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date, and we will provide additional notice where required by law.

Changes will not retroactively reduce your rights relating to an existing purchase.
